You need to reinstall from App+, and do not change bundle ID.

You need to place a .sdk inside your $THEOS/sdks folder. In your case, you specifically need iPhoneOS11.2.sdk. Otherwise, remove sysroot line in Makefile.

Not really. GTA VI needs to have something groundbreaking. As good as GTA V was, it wasn't much different from previous GTAs. The most fun GTA for me was Vice City!

Hey, iOSGods App+ subscription is per device only. So if you have an active subscription, you are allowed one transfer during your term. If you do not wish to transfer and use App+ on both devices, then you will have to purchase a new subscription for the new iPad you received. What you are asking for is currently not possible. X Damage & X Defense features are only available for Jailbroken devices and cannot be ported to Jailed at this time.
