This is how the Non-Jailbroken iOS world works sadly. Apple has tight control over their devices, and they dislike people downloading apps outside of the App Store so they block it when or if they find out. iOSGods App+ or Sideloadly are more reliable if you're interested.

Hello, There is no such thing as “restoring ViP access.” Your account either already has ViP, or you need to purchase it. iOSGods App+ is a standalone subscription.
