You can use the same Apple ID and sideload again. It'll overwrite.

Hello, You need to wait for your activation email after purchase and that can take up to 24 hours. Once you receive the activation email, you will also receive instructions on how to download and install App+.

Make sure you have installed iCloud & iTunes from the web. They’re mentioned on the first post!

It’s Call of Duty; they likely patched or blocked their game from being dumped.
