Happened to me also. No apps would appear whatsoever until I installed AppCake and they all just spoofed in my Home Screen. iOS 8 Install OpenSSH and run the commands using PuTTY.

It's the "For Educational Purposes Only" secret.

You installed the app and it works or iFile shows up? Get NewTerm from cydia.iphonecake.com and run the commands above.

Even installing an app? Try this on Terminal: su -c uicache mobile After that, type in reboot to reboot your iDevice. Also try holding home + power button for 10 seconds if it still doesn't display.

Purchasing it.

Open the Pangu app on your Home Screen. Go to Utility and click on 'Rebuild App list' then reboot. If that still doesn't fix your issue, install and app from Cydia like AppCake.
