So you installed PreferenceLoader & installed something link LocalIAPStore and still nothing in your settings?

Still no tweaks appearing in settings?

I'm not sure what the problem could be but restoring will solve everything software related. Starting fresh without a restore from backup is a plus also!

Close cydia and install the deb. No need to offend if you can't get it to work. Just ask for help.

Yeah, you need AppSync Unified to install cracked apps. Yeah, once you restore, you can rejailbreak and restore from backup also.

Restoring your iPad will revert everything back to stock. Male a backup before restoring... You will also lose your Jailbreak.

I had this problem on 8.1.1 with Pangu Jailbreak and I was able to solve it by installing AppCake on my device. Not sure if the same thing would help on TaiG jailbreak but you can give it a try?

Doing it from a PC is recommended. A zip holds all the hack files. It's an archive and you have to extract them to the location in the instructions.

From what iTunes is saying, this sounds like a hardware problem? Have you tried DFU restore? Also, I think that the iPhone 3G has some tools which can restore it without iTunes but not sure if they even exist anymore.

You're doing something wrong because it's working for everyone else. Try buying a building.

Which tweaks don't show in settings? Just A hack or every tweak?
