Not sure. It's different for each game. Some even have MAC address ban. You can also try this MGFaker on Cydia to tweak app settings.

Yes, the 1 license per device sucks but people were misusing the 3/1. The purchasing process has changed now. All you do is add your MAC in a webpage and after some time it'll get validated. The repo of iGG7 can be found here: http://iosgods.com/topic/3097-repoigameguardian-v7/

Wrong section. Moved to support. Which tweak did you install? Try booting into Safe Mode by holding Volume up button while turning on your iPhone. -
