And maybe the error is temporary? It'll go away by itself after a day or two.

Do you have free space on your iPhone? If you don't want to update to iOS 8, use Semi-Restore.

Guessing the Apps aren't cracked properly? Also heard bad reviews about it.

Yes, then install it via AppCake. But keep in mind that the sims cheat you have is for 5.9.0. I think the game has been updated? Ask the author if he is able to update it.

Check the filter inside the .plist? Is it the same as the one of your game? Maybe there's a US & EU version?

Seems like you've tried everything we could have suggested. How long has this been happening? Have you tried 3G or another Wi-Fi? Does this happen with only 'Plastic Surgery Princess' app? Does Plastic Surgery Princess appear as installed on Settings -> General -> Usage? Have you also tried iCleaner?

haha AppCake can only install .deb files. The No Jailbreak hack requires iFile to extract the archive and transfer the files over to the game's folder.

Yes, you can but some Desktop Browsers don't render them. An iPhone browser does though.

In Safari, when you get the "Open in...", the file usually goes into /var/mobile/Documents/. Try redownloading the IPA.

Do you use a tweak? Chrome Download Manager? Chrome Download Enabler? Or something?

Check /var/mobile/Downloads/ or /var/mobile/Documents/ or folders inside /var/mobile/.
