I just tried it and it works

Search for ptrace/syscall/sysctl and xref it to see how many there are. If the app has sysctl, look for the one with memset, getpid near it and if you see a MOVS R1, #0x1F, NOP it.

Yes. It syncs with your account. I even think you can do this on Android and your changes will pass over to your account on iOS if they're connected to each other. Like Clash of Clans.
