Make Package = Makes it into a .deb but does not install. Make package install = Makes it into a .deb and installs it on your iDevice. You'll still have the deb in your project folder.

Not sure. It's different for each game. Some even have MAC address ban. You can also try this MGFaker on Cydia to tweak app settings.
