Just on games? I think this might be a hardware problem but just to be sure, try the sound while in Safe Mode. -

The only thing I can suggest now is just leave the app running for some hours or restore your phone and lose jailbreak forever.....

Delete them how? Through Cydia? Have you tried reinstalling the game?

Do you have any Terraria hacks installed? Did you purchase it from the App Store or cracked copy? And Safe Mode didn't help at all?
