What happens if you run dpkg -- configure -a In terminal? @@jackfam AppSync is for installing Cracked IPA's, not for .debs.

Finished with result code 512 error usually means that dpkg is locked by another running process on your iPhone. Close Cydia or all of your other running apps and try again.

Which iOS version are you on? I suggest you semi-restore and re-jailbreak to reinstall the core Jailbreak packages again.
