Yes, but you need to extract/unarchive the .rar so you can get the file inside and that's what you take to the apps folder.

You'll need to turn it on from settings. Go to /var/mobile/containers/Application/xxxxxxxxx/DungeonHunter5.app/ and paste the binary there then open thr game.

The SQL command deletes only the Gameloft tables so yeah, this tutorial is only for Gameloft. If you delete the other tables you can possibly get unbanned on other games also.

Why didn't you say that before?? Do you have any Spotify tweaks or sound tweaks? Your installed Tweaks are causing this issue. I'd suggest uninstalling them one by one and finding what's causing this. Or even better, give your phone a semi-restore.
