Help/Support I'm Still Getting In-Game Ads?

Hello once again, if the subscriptions to the service themselves does not cancel all ads in general and then I must’ve been mistaken. That’s why I titled my inquiry as a question and not really support because I was just genuinely curious but if it’s from the game itself, then I don’t really mind. I just hoped that I didn’t pay for the premium service and was still getting ads. -
Why am I still getting advertisements and I have both VIP Pro and iOS gods app plus is there a way to turn them off should be no reason why I open the app and barely load into it and I’m getting ads
