You're not CD'in in the right place then. You need to cd /var/xxxxx/tweak.nic/ /var/theos/bin/nicify.pl ./

Can you move your template folder to your iPhone/iPad and nicify it from there?

It says there's no control file and /NIC/Control.. And there seems to be something wrong with your nicify.pl on your Mac. Do you have theos on your iPhone installed?

Use the "./" at the end of the command also. /opt/theos/bin/nicify.pl ./

Okay then, run this: cd /Users/zzmutu/projects /opt/theos/bin/nicify.pl ./ It should work but I haven't tested on a Mac.
