Which app is it? Usually, just emptying out the Documents and Library folder should do but some games keep the save data on the cloud so you may also need to clear iCloud save and log out of Game Center.

Yeah, some even used the Debug Menu, generated gems and Zel/Karma for themselves and when the ban wave hit, they were untouched. Probably luck or Gumi bypassed them without knowing.
