I don't know how Bootcamp works but check to see if you have a Windows.old folder on the root your hard drive? And see if you can find another ISO.

I've noticed this also. It's probably windows adjusting itself to fit properly on the hard drive. Either that or Bootcamp is doing something. The recommended free disk space size for Windows 7: x32 = 16GB x64 = 20GB

No, it's actually because of your iOS version why it can't be Jailbroken. If you were on iOS 8.1.2 and lower, you could have Jailbroke it.

And iPod Touch 5G? I don't think you can Jailbreak it...
