I ended up restoring my device (it’s possible that restoring rootfs may also have the same effect if you do not want to lose your current iOS version) and re-running palera1n.sh. This time I just waited for everything to complete. I had to manually turn on the phone after phase 1 was complete but other than that, all went well. The device booted and I still saw no palera1n app but it respringed on my after ~30s (as mentioned in the Terminal) and the palera1n app appeared. All is good and working now, thank you everyone for your help!

That issue has been fixed. Reinstall App+ to resolve it.

You can still use theos to create your tweak then inject it with Sideloadly.

Remote Anisette option should only be used if you're unable to use Local Anisette option.

Actually, at one point I thought it seemed frozen and so I quit and restarted. That may have done something. Will try this command and report back!
