It's mentioned in the tutorial from the beginning. If you want to join an Alliance, you will need to rebuild the Alliance gate. If you want Industrial Age, you will have to wait for when the developers officially release it.

Oh, you mean Signal Jammers? I had that too and unfortunately, there's nothing inside the phone that can stop them. They block the signals so your device cannot connect to them but if you are close to a window, you may have a better chance to use your cell phone's service.
