I think this happens because you have User Accounts Control (UAC) turned on. You can either Disable UAC by searching for "User Account Control" in the Start Menu and then lowering the level all the way to the bottom and rebooting your PC for the changes to take effect then re-run the Jailbreak tool. Or you can run the jailbreak tool as an Administrator which is easier.

Everyone has this issue right now. The Jailbreak needs updating and so do some tweaks. You'll need to wait.

Try iAPCrazy. cydia.iphonecake.com LocalIAPstore requires PreferenceLoader which has not been updated. Edit None work at the moment. Wait for an update to the core Jailbreak Packages.

No tweaks work. Wait for Cydia Substrate & PreferenceLoader or the Jailbreak itself to get updated.

Uh oh... Do you have all the drivers and everything installed? I was stuck in Recovery Mode, iTunes would recognise it and I used FonePaw to get me out of it. Try another USB port or another PC, maybe? Also check your drivers/iTunes installation.

You'll need to install "Apple File Conduit 2" from Cydia. I'm unsure whether it works for iOS 8.1.3 - 8.3. If not, wait for it to get updated. You can also use iFile/Filza. They're working!
