A tweak which you may have installed is causing the crashes. You can verify this by going into Safe Mode and if it doesn't crash there, a tweak is causing the issues. You will have to uninstall some tweaks one by one to determine who is the problematic one.

Install CrashReporter from Cydia so you can know which tweak is causing the Facebook app to crash.

Buy the legit version then.

You need to add that in Cydia as a repo. http://apt.thebigboss.org/repofiles/cydia/

Login as root, su alpine then just type in: uicache then reboot

What happens when you get that error?

You can't disable Passcode when you cannot access the device. You need a tool to kick you out of DFU Mode.
