A friend had this issue also. The solution was to uninstall xCon from Cydia.

Yeah buddy, it still works. The hack works but that doesn't mean it will work on every game as stated on the topic. To use the cheat, turn it on in Settings and then open an app which uses TapJoy and watch a video. Usually all you need to do is open the game. @ Might be able to help out more.

Do you have any tweaks installed which affect it? Tey booting into Safe Mode.

Do you have OpenSSH or Apple File Conduit "2" installed?

There are no hacking repos. All the ones you see have leeched cheats from here. Some even modify the packages to include spyware and viruses.
