In Cydia, search for it. Try installing it also if you don't have it already.

Sounds like you need a restore. :s Stay in Safe mode for a while. See how it goes.

Go into safe mode and see if it lasts longer. If it does, you will need to start uninstalling tweaks you don't use/need. I only have 3 tweaks in my settings and I have the same battery life as you do when browsing via Safari.

Kik on iPad is not full screen. It's like those apps that do not support iPad screens so the iPad adjusts the view and lets you choose 1/2x zoom. This makes it full screen completely as you can see in the image.
