iFile still doesn't fully support the new iOS 8 App Names. You can see the names in /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application but you cannot see them in /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application. Filza is and iFile alternative which shows Application's file names which supports both folders. Give it a try.

You actually need to get the Wakfu binary into /var/mobile then run that command otherwise it'll look for something which doesn't exist. Let me know if you're still having issues, I'll help.
