Uninstall "com.ianouar3g.patcher". Check your Cydia for that package ID and uninstall it so you can install Racing Rivals cheat.

Can you try setting permissions to 777 to the files inside the Documents folder of the app?

The folder has already been deleted but you will need to refresh or restart explorer.exe. You can also try Unlocker, it's a huge help.
