In Settings -> General -> Keyboards -> Arrange the keyboards as you wish and if you just want to use one keyboard everywhere. Remove the others. -

You need to be on the Same Wi-Fi, have YouTube installed on both Devices and you will get the stream button at the top-left of YouTube app on iPhone.
