If you had OpenSSH installed, you might have had a chance. I'm not sure if you can do anything with the files you have access to via AFC. You should Google.

You probably already have TomePasscode removed but the problem is you entered an incorrect password too many times and now your iPhone is disabled completely. You should connect it to iTunes and restore.. Backup some files of yours using a file explorer on PC. I don't think there's a way to remove the disabled screen. You can try Googling.

If your iPhone is disabled then you have no choice but to format. Did you have OpenSSH installed? Apple File Conduit?

That's weird. It should be working unless you are doing something wrong or shmoo did something wrong. Uninstall any previous hacks if you have any and make sure to turn it on from Settings.

And you're using iPhone 5s, correct? What about the text before result code 0?
