Hello there, I will actually look into this myself. And it is possible but I'm not sure up to where it is. You can probably install things that only affect the IPA. Which is good enough. -
Then you need to look into Cydia to uninstall the .deb you installed.

You will need to reinstall the game if you made no backup of previous binary file.
