Hello, There's no tweak which can do this currently. There is for App Store called "IDBox" but it's not for Game Center.

Are you using a tweak which affects home screen/rotation? The tweak might be buggy or it might not work well with another tweak.

Sounds like iBackupBot needs updating to support iOS 9. Does it say anything on their official page regarding this?

Install CrashReporter from Cydia and visit your settings. CrashReporter should show you what caused it hopefully. If not, you will have to uninstall tweaks one by one to find the culprit of the issue you're having.
