If you don't have any tweaks or helpful apps installed to troubleshoot this Cydia issue then you're kinda out of luck. Check to see if you have OpenSSH installed at least or Apple File Conduit "2"/iFile. If you don't have those, then there's not much you can do to fix the issue.

Download the latest version of the hack by shmoo and install it. Also install CrashReporter to determine what happened to the app for it to crash like that.
