Yes, you're missing a dependency which is needed for the tweak to work. Without it the tweak won't install. Install PreferenceLoader from Cydia and then install the .deb again.

I purchased iCaughtU Pro. Seemed the best, does it's job and it's cheaper than iLostFinder. Email sending works fine with the purchased version @@ArronH

A feature I like which iCaughtU Pro has is the Fake Mode. It allows access after x failed attempts but you can choose which apps to lock (I choose all) and you can fake your battery percentage inside Fake Mode.

iCaughtU Pro emails only don't work if you haven't purchased it, right? And the price difference between iLostFinder and iCaughtU Pro is quite a bit.

The emails won't work on iCaughtU Pro from what I tested.

Do you have any FastForward/Speed Time Tweaks? You're going to have to uninstall some more tweaks to determine which one is causing this issue.

You probably need to run it as administrator. Try that.
