Hello! There's a macOS version of IDA too, and likely DnSpy or something similar to that. Once you're able to learn & understand the basics, Online Theos would simplify things even further.

Sideloadly only supports JIT until iOS 16. iOS 17 & 18 broke it at this time.

The crashes seem to be affecting lower end devices which we’re investigating now.

That's the time of the crash. Does it correspond with when you got the crash?

Any file that was created at the time of the app crashing.

Do you have crash logs? To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content. Please record a video.
