Step 4: Open/Run Cydia Impactor on your computer, connect your iOS Device and wait until your device name shows up on Cydia Impactor. Step 4: Once your iDevice appears, drag the modded .IPA file and drop it inside the Cydia Impactor application. Does no poison damage work on co-op?

I see where the problem is. Made a stupid mistake when updating the hack. Guess it happens when you update stuff at 4AM. Will fix it now and take the time to find something new.
