This is slightly different. Filza allows you to download and store the file on iOS so you can run dpkg after. The other topic just shows you how to run dpkg command, if people want the file on their device they will have to use WinSCP, CyberDuck, etc.

Does that new Filza not work to install debs automatically?

Non-Jailbroken version comes after because of how it's made. I need to boot up my virtual Mac and make the IPA there. My virtual Mac does lag a bit so I round up a few IPAs then after a few hours, I make and post them at the same time. :)
