    You should let the author know on the topic so they can investigate. If it's an iGMenu issue, we'll work on resolving.

    Check the .plist files inside the IPA you download from iTunes or Decrypted App Store as it may contain the ExternalIdentifier you're after if I'm not mistaken. Strangely, Decrypted App Store does not seem to show any older versions of this app.

    If this is a newly uploaded app, not sure you can get the app's previous information without having the previous IPA.
