I know this may sound stupid, but have you turned on the hacks?

Gun health hack not working but other hack works great.

Can anyone help me please none of the hacks are working i still get same amout of ammo and health

health is only visual, same goes with coins and Xp.

After 5 time reinstalling game and .deb,hack work but my level always same.Is this glitch ?

You are still getting the regular amount of EXP and coins when you play a game. Don't worry. I've leveled up today while using this hack.
