I really love how the owl has those logos as eyes. Lower half of your picture looks really good. I am not a fan of the top part. The logo is messy, text doesn't look well And I really don't like that 'designed by AzTech' thing. If I make a banner for someone I want the final product to serve the purpose. What I see after looking at the pic is this "Designed by AzTech" text.

 The text thing was a sig from from them don't worry , and the designed by aztech thing was only for the show, on the final product it will dissapear !
