1. Go out

2. Find a place full of grass (or use brushes)

3. Take a pic of the grass

4. Go home and open photoshop

5. Import the pic and make the contrast higher

6. Download graffiti font from dafont.com

7. Write something on the pic

8. Apply the lines filter

9. Apply the 3D filter

Done 15 min of work
