Well, I decided to challenge myself with long shadow effect :) It may sounds hard, but its easy when you pick method and love it.

I used Pen tool method because its easier. Yet, i also use old style way which is "duplicated layer then move down and right by one"

I like the first one - although I think those front shadows are too dark.

 

Second one would be nice if you changed the direction of "ADMIN" shadow or removed ADMIN at all. You shouldn't place shadows however you like :) You might want to read some articles regarding rules of casting shadows and playing with light.
