Hello there. I've been seeing epic anime signatures everywhere. So I tried creating one.

The outer glow is a bit too heavy, and the background is really dark

too big for signature, good enough for background   ( try do it again. Keep the top half and move him up there so you can use it as a signature. resize it)

 

background is too dark, but having his face in there is great touch

As Amuyea stated size is just too big you want to keep it rectangular shaped. My opinion it's really not bad at all other than the size would work on lighting source and focus also. You want people to focus on the main source and not the background.the background is a little to dark and stale try adding some color to lively it up. Other than that keep at it
