Ok - so it is installed but not showing up on my home menu that the application has been installed, it shows up in Cydia installed but can’t see where to launch...unless im missing something lol and tweak and preference loader is installed as well

I'm jailbroken, but I have none of the default packages installed ie. Substitute, Tweak Injector. When I try to manually install them, it won't let me and says Depends on other defualt packages and also cy+cpu.arm64
