Ian beer released ios 11.1.2 jailbreak exploits. So if you want a JB & you're on iOS 11+, go to 11.1.2.

If you on 10.3 or smth, I would stay but still u can go to 11.1.2

Yes, there were exploits released which could lead to a future jailbreak, it isn't everything required for a jailbreak but partially so if you are interested stay on iOS 11.1.2.
