cydia, search for "gnu debugger" or just download "bigboss recommended tools"

Unistall all versions of IDA first, then use the file on this link of IDA 7.0

and If you're using windows install the file inside the zip that's called "x64_idapronw_hexarm64w_hexarmw_hexx64w_hexx86w_170914_e723c5648dc3f2f588ab8339ccf62ec0.zip", you just have to open the .exe file inside it. make sure not to unzip everything differently. (just open the zip files then install the .exe inside it.

what am I doing wrong? when I type in the debugserver command it keeps saying command not found and while Iam here so I get it right, in ida debug setup do you select the ipa for application and for input file the binary

1. Are you debugging the IPA application totally on Windows? 
2. Are you using some sort of iOS simulator on Win? Please can you give some guidance on that aspect?
