I can't seem to download it. I'm trying to download it as an ipa from the iosgodsapp, but it always gives me a network error. Can someone help me?

Try different web browser, for example chrome. I had this same issue on my MacBook Pro

You need a paying Apple Developer account in order for Cydia Impactor to work. Cydia Impactor works just fine, it just daddy Apple changed the rules so we can't sideload with free accounts anymore.

You can also use the Apple Developer Program installation directly from the iosgods app.
