It happens the same to me. Game Center is not loading. Never had this issue when I used Cydia Impactor.

You need a paying Apple Developer account in order for Cydia Impactor to work. Cydia Impactor works just fine, it just daddy Apple changed the rules so we can't sideload with free accounts anymore.
