if your devices (blackbox items) was too much, it's the problem... i was contact it to support centre, but nothing help about it... then they said "According to our data, you have repeatedly used the game vulnerability to obtain game сurrencies. As a result, your account was broken and now it's not recoverable." , so for the safe zone is sell unused/unwanted items on blackbox... keep your coin around 3-5mil...

Ok between 3 and 5 mill. But removing the game etc still won't let me play so I what am I missing to start a new game as I cannot pass the loading screen
