How do u create a new game when u cannot pass the loading screen?

i have uninstalled the game. Removes cheats. Used I cleaned pro ??

any advice would be great ??

awh sorry sorry, i didn't mentioned about it, i was used on another device... :| try to delete from keychain and change the game centre account it didn't work... the generate the same openUDID... sorry sorry...

You have to uninstall the game. Once you have done that, you will need to log out of your iTunes account make a new Apple ID and then reinstall the game under that new ID.
