okay so looking at this stanza:

Be it the Autonomy of Paraguay,

Or the dissolving of the Comintern;
Maybe simple CV.
Betwixt need XXX.

if you do a bit of research, you can come to the conclusion that this brings up 135, or may 15th, or something like that.

looking at the definition of autonomy, this line is referring to the paraguay independence or revolution, which occurred on may 15th

the dissolving of the comintern also occurred on may 15th.

ALSO CV betwixt XXX hmmm what could that mean? WELL if you know what betwixt means, you can get this: CXXXV which is 135 in Roman Numerals. now what can this mean? well i looked up what the 135th day of the year is and its MAY FREAKIN 15!
