Took some stocks and merged them into a manipulation! A very basic idea but with a considerate amount of work.
I tried to change the weather aswell, seeming as though the Wave is bringing the Darkest Storm.
Did the blending and manipulation. Manual Shading and light fixtures since the Stocks were in Broad Daylight. Gradients and Filterations were also a huge part.

Member, I'm about to critique you like one honestly I really only have to consult you about the shadowing, and it's a bit too dark, but guessing by it being too dark the wave render was a different color than the actual water but I really do like this. As always

I agree with Earth since you have the lightpoles acting as lighting the lighting should atleast be reflecting on the dude with the skateboard a little bit more on his left side
