I wasn't even going to post this, but I'm really bored so here we go...

 

* Added ugly "watermarks" so you won't use this, as this is custom made for someone

It's bad.

1. No background (not always a bad thing, but it is, in this case.)

2. It has no texture, even if it's in 3D.

3. The reflection just makes it worse.

4. The "Made by Zimon" text is annoying af. Especially since only one of the "Zimon"s has color.

1. Not supposed to have a background...it's a logo, not a banner, and it would just make it less elegant.

Oh Nice! Lovely textures flowing all over the smooth Mapping. The difference in color going from dark and light and vice-verse is pretty smart.

The reflection makes it's all toooo Elegent!

As for the watermark, I know you can do better so I'm pretty sure it's just there as a Barb Wire to fend Stealers off. The shine in the red ring is nice too!

Yeah...You're right about the watermarks I did my best to make it look as ugly as possible but without covering the actual image, I just don't want people to use it as it is custom made for a friend of mine
