The matrix color doesn't go with the background, the text is a little too heavy, and the shadows don't really fit.

Try giving the apple an outline, a black one, 2px.

The outlines of the text makes it too heavy, try making it a little bit thinner.

The shadows should be flipped vertically, or placed directly behind the text.

Other than that, it's nice

Not a Great signature but like you said it's your first one and nobody does a Great signature on the 1st attempt.

Practice more and eventually your ps skills will become better
